New enrichment activity from Audacious Youth Church
The Audacious Youth Church have kick-started a run of assemblies this week to recruit students for a new enrichment activity for Salford City Academy.
On Monday 16th January at 3pm till 4pm in the dance studio and main hall, students can join the Urban Talent Academy to develop their performance talents.
Students are encouraged to sign up if they have a passion for singing, dancing, acting, rapping or any other hidden talents!!
Audacious Church specialists will visit the academy weekly and spend time nurturing these talents. The programme will prepare students for auditions for a Live Final competition for Greater Manchester schools.
One winner and one runner-up will be put forward from each school for the final on 18th March.
The Urban Talent Academy is offering the overall winner the fantastic opportunity to create an artist portfolio, for example, recording a song if they are a singer or filming a music video if they are a dancer.
