Business Students Grill 'Sunny Side Up' Cafe

Year 11 GCSE Business Studies group have visited a popular local business as part of their course.
Working on the ‘Investigating a Business’ Unit 3 Controlled Assessment, the students were tasked with finding a local business to learn about their customer service.
Well-known local café ‘Sunny Side Up’ on Liverpool Road was approached by the students and kindly agreed to a visit.
Wendy, Sunny Side Up’s Cover Manager welcomed the students for lunch before being quizzed!
The group asked many questions about the business, from customer service and demand to opening times and clients. The focus, now, is on using all the information they learnt to write their controlled assessment.
