National Apprenticeship Show

Year 11 to explore opportunities

On 18th October, a group of Year 11s interested in applying for apprenticeships visited the National Apprenticeship Show at Manchester Central.

At the event, over 60 local employers and providers showcase opportunities in a lively, interactive, fun and informative setting.

The National Apprenticeship Show brings together employers, colleges and providers for those wanting to find out more about what apprenticeships can offer.

The annual event promotes apprenticeships to students, enabling them to ask questions direct.

Amy Barlow, Head of Careers, said:

“This was a fantastic opportunity for our students to discover more about apprenticeship schemes and to ask lots of questions about applications and benefits.  It means they’re in a more informed position before they start applying for apprenticeships next year.”
