Incentives & Rewards

Salford City Academy operates a successful IDEALS Rewards system. This works on rewarding students for demonstration of the core values linked to the Olympic ideals.  Inspiration, Determination, Excellence, Aspiration, Loyalty and Friendship, and Self-Respect are the values that we expect in the Academy, that we want our students to live by and that will help them develop into positive citizens and role models.
