Salford City Academy are delighted to share the latest findings from the highly encouraging Section 8 Ofsted Inspection Report following the monitoring visit on 23rd June 2015.

The report is a credit to the hard work of all staff and students over the past year. In particular, inspectors have commented on our increased confidence as a school, the improvements in behaviour, teaching and learning, the ambition that students are now showing in every year group and the improved progress that students are making in many subjects.
As a result of this report, when Ofsted return in the autumn, the academy will be given a full inspection which offers the opportunity to improve the overall rating. Salford City Academy is continuing to work hard to achieve this and the academy is hopeful that the summer results will support this.
