Staff v Students Football Match

Staff v Students Football Match

Published on 20 January 2014

At the end of last term, Year 11 students organised a Staff v Students football match as part of their Citizenship campaign against racism.

There was an excellent turn out of players on both sides, with each team having 5 subs to swap in if players needed a rest.

Jack Harris, one of the students who organised the football match, said:

“I was really pleased by the turn-out for the match, and it was a great game with plenty of healthy competition. Both sides played really well but the Students managed to win 2-1. Thank you to all the students and staff who gave up their time to play.”
