Bike Register Scheme To Visit Salford City Academy

Salford School Security will be in the Academy on Tuesday 3rd March to provide a free service to register our students’ bikes to help prevent against theft.

The Bike Register scheme (https://www.bikeregister.com/) involves attaching identifying stickers to bikes and registering the details with the Bike Register database.

Once this is done the bike register can be accessed by any police force within the UK. This has been carried this out at a number of schools within Salford and has led to a reduction in bike theft.

The service is completely free and will take place between 2:45pm onwards on Tuesday 3rd March.
