Young Artists Thrive At Salford City Academy

62 students are working towards the Arts Award, a programme funded by Arts Council England. Students immersing themselves in arts and culture as part of the academy’s Aspire initiative. Aspire is part of how the academy seeks to offer an ‘education with character’.

Two former Salford City Academy students have returned as trainee teachers. Both were inspired to become PE teachers by seeing the long-lasting impact their own teachers had had on their lives.
