Celebrating Eccles 2015

On Saturday 16th May, Salford City Academy played host to the Celebrating Eccles 2015’s Social Dance.
The dance was a featured event of this year’s celebrations organised by Dance Events North West.
Community members were invited to join in from 7pm till 10pm and take to the floor for ballroom, sequence, line and jive dances.
Principal Helen Mackenzie OBE said:
“As a school at the heart of its community we were delighted to support such a fantastic initiative.”
This is the second year for the Celebrating Eccles program, which aims to encourage social, culture, community and enterprise in Eccles.
