Sports Day & Our Colour Run!

Salford City Academy Sports Day was a huge success with students from all year groups participating. All years and staff showed their support and encouragement for both their form group and individuals. After a challenging year our sports day was a great way of bringing people together to celebrate and have fun!

In the morning session students competed in a traditional sports day, the standard was fantastic with medals and certificates shared for the winners. The whole day culminated in our very first Colour Run! This was a brilliant end to the day where students created a cloud of colour with powder paint, staff and students ran around the track where they were met with a rainbow shower. It was a brilliant day and the weather held out too!
