Corporate Responsibility: Salford City Academy is sponsored by United Learning, a registered charity and a non-profit organisation. The money generated by hiring out our facilities goes straight back into the running costs of the academy.
Conditions of Use: We ask that there is a lead person for every booking who we can liaise with over the details. A contract is also issued to all who use our facilities and it is your responsibility to provide the academy with a copy of your liability insurance (if applicable).
Liability: The academy will not be liable for accidents caused by the misuse of the facilities.
Respect: We pride ourselves in keeping a clean, safe and healthy environment for all our students, staff and visitors and we ask that you respect the academy’s facilities whilst on-site.
Damage and Reporting Accidents: Should you find damage to the academy’s facilities or cause damage whilst on-site, please report it immediately to one of facilities team. Also, please report any accidents immediately to one of the facilities team, who will complete an accident form.
Footwear: No high heels or stilettos to be in warn in the drama or dance studio, onstage or in sports halls. Trainers or rubber-soled shoes only.
Copyright: The academy will not be held responsible for any breach of Copyright Laws; it is down to the individuals to obtain licences for performances.
Facilities Staff: A facilities team member will always be on-site during your visit. Should you need to speak to one of the Facilities team, they will be located in the Facilities office between the main sports hall and dance studio.
