Salford City Academy staff have been busy supporting our Macmillan Coffee morning.
Many attended the event at break today, organised by Karen Thornton, Business Manager. The total raised so far is £136.52!
The Macmillan ‘Guess the number of 100s and 1000s on the Cake’ competition was won by PCSO Gareth Turner who had attended in order to donate some millionaire shortbread.
Thanks to Year 10 pupils Keeley Maggs, Julia Russell, Chloe Smith, Leah Sherwood and Kane Whitehouse who assisted by selling tickets and served cakes and teas/coffees.
A great number of staff baked or scoffed cakes for the cause! Thanks to all.
