All Year 11 prefects participated in training yesterday.
The training, led by Jacqui House, Assistant Principal for Care, Behaviour and Safety, alongside Jenny Mannion, KS4 Inclusion Manager, covered a variety of areas including:
* Prefect roles and responsibilities
* Standards and expectations
* Basic behaviour management techniques
* Improving confidence for Academy Ambassador events
Our Year 11 prefects were also delighted to receive their special prefect ties!
Students enjoyed various activities including practising their public speaking and a good time was had by all. We are sure that our Year 11s will do a fantastic job as prefects and roles models for the Academy.
