ParentPay – Simple, Secure Online Payments

At Salford City Academy, we use ParentPay to make paying for school items quick, easy, and safe. Whether it’s school meals, trips, or revision packs, ParentPay lets you book and pay online using a debit or credit card — anytime, anywhere.

Using ParentPay means you no longer need to send your child to school with cash, giving you peace of mind that payments are made securely and directly to the Academy.

Getting Started with ParentPay

Before your child starts at Salford City Academy, you’ll receive a letter with your unique ParentPay activation details.

To activate your account:

  1. Wait for your activation letter from school
  2. Visit www.parentpay.com
  3. Follow the on-screen steps to set up your account
  4. Log in and select ‘Pay for items’

Tip: If you have children at more than one school using ParentPay, you can link their accounts for easy access under one login
